Ross has been a broker since 2018. He moved to Asheville nearly a decade ago to set roots in this special region and work as a wilderness guide. His love for the outdoors fueled his decision, and has remained a major part of his personal and professional life. While studying for real estate school, Ross continued his guide career on the trout waters of Western North Carolina. His search for new fly-fishing spots has taken him to the furthest stretches of rural Appalachia, and further developed his knowledge of the area. Growing up hunting and fishing on private land in the black belt of rural Alabama, Ross gained an appreciation for land development and sales. A perfect day for him might look like a morning on a pristine rural trout stream, followed up by walking a large acreage tract with a prospective buyer. Whether you are looking for a real estate expert with deep knowledge of the region, or a fishing buddy- Ross is your guy!
Erin Hunt- Co-Owner Broker/Realtor

Erin moved to North Carolina in 2017, and landed in Asheville in 2019. Originally from Michigan, she graduated from Michigan State in 2014 with a degree in physiology and began working in the running industry. She spent years traveling the country working in sales and marketing for running events both big and small, often participating in road and trail races along the way. After moving to Asheville and falling in love with the area, she decided she wanted to switch careers and focus on something more community based. She got her real estate license in 2021 and absolutely loves it! When she’s not working, Erin can be found exploring trails around western North Carolina.
Mathy Dorado- Transaction Coordinator
Mathy, who has worked in hotels and customer service, has transitioned to the role of transaction coordinator at Trailside Property Group. She focuses on gathering information, managing documents, and communicating with all parties involved in the real estate transaction.
When Mathy isn't working, she values time spent with her family and daughter—whether exploring new local sites, enjoying a relaxing movie night, or indulging in good food!
